Custom T-Shirts Screen Print vs. Sublimation
hello my name is Paul (shirt dude) and let me tell you why my products made using sublimation is the best way to make a T-shirt.
So what is the difference between a T-shirt made using sublimation, to that of the iron on or screen-printed shirt?
With Sublimation, the image literally goes into the fabric, unlike an iron on image that you put on a shirt. With an iron on image, the image lays on the top of the shirt and because of this in time the image will fade and crack. The superior quality sublimation shirt does not do this. When art is applied to a shirt made with the sublimation process, it becomes one with the shirt, therefore it will never fad or crack. No matter how many times the shirt is washed, or is out in the sun, the quality of the shirt will look like it was brand new.
